Covid-19 workout programs

During this current time in our life, many coaches are struggling with their training programs and maintaining adequate spacing.  While some coaches -depending on your state and local regulations - are allowed back in the weight room others are not.  One of the most asked questions I get is “How do I train my athletes if I can’t use my weight room?”

This can be a tough task for many coaches.  While hauling your bars and plates outside on the field isn’t quite feasible, we can utilize other modalities such as medicine balls, bands, kettlebells and etc and still get a great workout.

No Equipment? No Problem! This program is designed to allow your team to get a great workout with nothing but their own bodyweight.

Have bands laying around? Grab them and take them to the field! Adding a band to this program allows you implement some resistance training to give more progression options than the BW version.

Medicine Balls are one of the best tools to have. In this workout, we add some med ball work for power and resistance training.

No need to use 2 dumbbells or kettlebells. We designed this program with 1 db or kb in mind. So if your limited with only a few sets, no problem, split them up with your team and let them take turns using the db or kb.

If equipment isn’t an issue and you have bands, med balls and db/kb, this program takes the best of all the above and implements them into one program.
